This video is a brief product overview of Mecmesin's touch screen controlled Vortex-xt torque tester.  The Vortex-xt is an easy to use torque test system, ideally suited to making routine quality control measurements in production areas. Controlled by a built-in touch-screen console, only minimal training is necessary to begin testing and results are easy to interpret with a colour coded "Pass" or "Fail" indication.

The Vortex-xt is an easy to use torque measuring system ideally suited to making routine quality control measurements where it can be sited right next to the production area. Controlled by a built-in touch-screen console, only minimal training is necessary to begin testing and results are easy to interpret with a colour coded "Pass" or "Fail" indication.

Optimised for measuring static and rotary torque up to 10 N.m, the Vortex-i is ideal for running sophisticated routines for more demanding product and material tests.  The versatile measuring frame with interchangeable torque sensors is powered by Mecmesin's Emperor software giving  full programmable control and comprehensive evaluation tools for performing a vast array of torque tests.

The Vortex-dV is a versatile and affordable torque testing system, comprising a precision-controlled motorised stand with a choice of torque transducers, an AFTI digital torque display and data capture unit, and a range of grips and fixtures.

The Tornado digital torque tester measures clockwise and anticlockwise torque up to 10 N.m. Portable and battery powered, the Tornado can measure "slip torque" and "bridge torque" on tamper-evident closures. Interpreting results is extremely easy as there are audible and visible indications of the settable "Pass" and "Fail" limits. Up to 500 results can be held in the on-board memory which can be down-loaded to a printer, computer or a Statistical Process Control system

This video is an overview of Mecmesin's tensile testers: MultiTest-i and MultiTest-xt. The top-of-the range MultiTest-i PC-controlled force measurement systems are an ideal solution for tensile testing in QC and R&D laboratories, while the MultiTest-xt tensile testers controlled by a built-in touch-screen console, requiring only minimal operator training are ideally suited to making routine quality control measurements in production areas.

Need to check the calibration of your torque screwdrivers? Want to be sure that your products are being assembled correctly? Take the strain out of repetitive operations with Mecmesin’s semi-automated TSCC Torque Screwdriver Check Calibrator.   This can verify the calibration of hand-held torque screwdrivers in less than one minute, ensuring consistent & accurate results every time & mitigating the risk of repetitive strain injury.

The Orbis digital torque tester is an easy-to-use, portable instrument for measuring clockwise and counter-clockwise torque up to 6 N.m. Suitable for both laboratory and production environments, the Orbis is ideal for torque tests across a wide variety of applications e.g. bottle caps, automotive rotary components, medical devices and cosmetics containers.

The MultiTest-xt range of easy to use force measuring systems are specifically designed for conducting tensile and compression tests within the manufacturing environment. Controlled by a built-in touch-screen console, only minimal training is necessary to begin testing and results are easy to interpret with a colour coded "Pass" or "Fail" indication.
