The twin column MultiTest 25-I is used with custom designed fixtures to test the pull-out force of screws from furniture boarding.  The fixture can be used for testing surface mounted or edge mounted screws.  Emperor software controls the force testing stand, calculates and displays the colour-coded “pass” or “fail” result, and stores all the data securely.

Mecmesin's shotcrete penetrometer is a complete, portable kit for performing needle penetration tests to estimate the compresive strength of young, sprayed concrete in-situ.

This video shows a Mecmesin automated test system carrying out repetitive penetration tests on plasterboard in order to accurately assess the performance and durability of the gypsum plasterboard products. The use of an automated test system has many benefits including: improved test reproducibility providing consistent and repeatable results; elimination of operator error and increased test throughput reducing costs in time and labour.
